In 2004, we began our journey with a single shop on Ghajn Dwieli Street in Fgura. For over five years, we served our customers at this location, until we saw an opportunity to broaden our reach and opened a second location up north in San Gwann. Each year, we refined our preparation methods to keep pace with the fast-evolving food industry.

The Early Years

In the early years, operating across several locations allowed us to expand our preparation facility in Qormi. With licensed achievements, we became the only pastizzeria in Malta meeting the country's highest industry standards.

Growth and Expansion

As our food gained popularity, our dedication began to yield results, allowing us to establish shops in numerous villages throughout Malta. Today, our preparation facility supplies our shops as well as the hospitality sector, supporting our commitment to quality and convenience.
